Delivery to your home with DHL
Orders are delivered by DHL. If you place an order with us before 5:00 PM, it will be delivered the next working day. This is on the condition that all ordered items are in stock. The delivery time of an item is indicated with the item and in the shopping cart.
Are you not at home during delivery? Then you will receive a note in the mailbox with further explanation. Often your package is delivered to the neighbors, or it is offered again the next day.
Delivery to a DHL collection point
Do you want to order something, but are you not at home often? Have your package delivered to a DHL point! When paying in our webshop, choose a DHL point where you want to pick up your package. There is always one near you! You will receive a message via the app or by email when you can pick up your package. After this message, collect your package within 1 week with a valid proof of identity.
